Decent option for a weekend respite in Taipei considering the price. The breakfast buffet had some nice fresh coffee available anytime, which was great.

missingWrote a review on Dec 11spacious roomconvenient amenitiesslightly outdated amenitiesconfusing layout
The room was spacious and well-maintained, complete with a kettle and electric cooker for convenience. Proximity to Daan Park station made exploring easy, and the quiet neighborhood provided a comforting retreat. Breakfast featured delicious choices, particularly the canapes that were a real treat. Construction noise was a minor annoyance, but the lack of distractions at night made for restful sleep. Some amenities were slightly outdated, and the layout of the hotel could be confusing initially.

dehumidifier necessity, sliding door for bedroom separation, nearby local eateries
Couch fabric felt cheap, noisy door slamming from neighbors was bothersome!!! Limited television options and having to empty the dehumidifier twice daily was inconvenient!!! Room felt small for suitcases.

Here’s the real story
Located conveniently near Daan Park and the metro, this place offers spacious rooms with a kitchenette, ideal for late-night snacks. Breakfast is just the right size, delicious yet not overwhelming. The warm and helpful staff add a personal touch, making this feel like a home away from home.

missingWrote a review on Oct 18loud aclift access
the 'convenient' lift only goes to certain floors, which is a real bother after a long day. plus, I found the AC to be annoyingly loud, making sleep impossible. I almost gave a good review, but no one bothered to greet me with a welcome gift or anything for my discomfort. disappointing, to say the least.

My wife says that the breakfast options could include more variety for families.

The location is fantastic, just a few steps from the Daan Park MRT station. The breakfast was quite a selection of Asian and Western food every morning, including fresh fruit and hot dishes. Staff were warm and helpful whenever needed.
Room was a bit dated, and our luggage took up most of the common area.

Great location near Daan Park metro and local eateries (you gotta try the dumplings! ). Our room was really clean, and the staff was super friendly, always there to help. Breakfast was tasty with fresh coffee available anytime!
Not obvious to find.

Had a great time exploring the area with friends! Daan Park is just a short walk from the hotel, making it easy to unwind after visiting places like Bitan Scenic Area and Dajia Riverside Park. The buffet breakfast had a variety of delicious options, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Definitely a lovely spot to base your adventures from.
The breakfast could be a little lacking for someone used to North American options, but it still had some great selections if you are willing to try.
